In a forward, the author recounts a man who spent six months searching Long Island for the saloon and who was so angry when he found out that the saloon did not actually exist.

In fact, the author states he has been asked whether the bar really exists 5.372 10^10 times. If I had to hazard a guess, I doubt that the 5.372 10^10 people actually expect there to be a place where there are time travelers, aliens and telekinetic brothers.

But a place where there are a dart boards and pun days. Where it's only as bright as your living room. Where you can hear the stories of strangers and for 50 cents they will hear yours. I can see why 5.372 10^10 people want it to be real.

Kinda thirsty now. Placing it alongside my bookmarked Restaurant at the End of the Universe.

Author, Medium, Intuitive, Artist, Reiki Master and Blogger, Shirl Knobloch's book
caught my eye. Or maybe I should say it was the face on the front of her book that got my attention, Yes, I knit blankets for Squirrels/Amazon.

Shirl lives in a haunted house in Gettysburg and shares some of that local flavor, along with photos and art on her blog.

Who is the squirrel on the front of the book? Shirl mentions several names but I still have no idea whom to give top billing on this. Definitely, a cool character.

When it comes to living in a haunted space, Shirl and I have a similar view that ghosts are not always a negative influence nor as easily evicted as some might imply.

The presence (overlapping dimensions) can be so subtle that some people are unaware until an animal or guest who is sensitive detects it.

If the disruption is minor, it can be easier to accept the presence, allow a truce and enjoy the occasional interaction. It might even help one expand his own awareness - as has happened for me in several instances.

The most unnerving was in a house where the previous occupant had committed suicide. Didn't find out about that until after the poltergeist activity began.

Do make an exception if and when the interaction is negative and or menacing. Something else going on and relocating is a better option. Oh, remember, not everyone will believe your story. Never mind and consider your safety/sanity as the priority.

Ghosts are notoriously rotten at performing for cameras and crowds. Nothing in it for them after all. Encounters are most likely when the lights are low and the crowds have infused their energy and then departed. (Weston ghosts are good at that. Terry McKenzie has a VERY haunted house.)

Connecting a few dots here, I'm not the only one who has experienced paranormal activity in addition to a UFO/ET encounter. Rey mentions multiple sightings and experiences with people in white robes. My experience happened in the early 90's. I heard faint conversation at the end of the bed. Woke up to see two individuals in robes discussing me while looking at a chart. One of the two - I could not see faces - said, "She's awake," and they vanished. I am still curious about that event but my biggest question: What was on that chart?  

In the interview with Michael, Rey referenced Dr. Claude Swanson's book, The Synchronized Universe. I have two of his books and interviewed Claude several years ago in conjunction with an appearance in Topeka, KS. Very helpful and worth reading.

How it began. Contact experiencer Krsanna Duran had her first sighting/experience in Oklahoma as a teenager. She remembers being taken up, via a shaft of light, into a craft and speaking with a man, a very human looking being, and then hearing him say, "We're taking you with us."

That's the point where she protested and said, "NO". She told him her family would miss her and she couldn't go. She was then dropped off nearby and left to figure out what happened.

Skip years ahead to where she has been in telepathic contact with others similar to that original connection and learns she and another contactee are getting the same information.

We are introduced to Ida Kannenberg. In her book, UFO Initiation, Ultraterrestrial Time Travelers Introduction, Ida says she remembers the year 1940 and the night of her first contact experience. She titles that episode: Night of the Flaming Moon.

I also blog at Animalnsight. Sharing this post because, no matter how many times I have seen it in the years since I first posted, I am captivated by the storytelling and the connection Irina has with her dogs. Mesmerizing. Bonus: She attributes her special relationship to an Angelic assist.

Prepare to be amazed by some magical performers.

If you have never seen this award winning film short, it's a gem. Irina Markova is an extraordinary animal communicator. Emotionally charged, the film draws you into her world for a very brief moment and leaves a lasting impression. Unforgettable, her character.

Known as the Russian Dog Whisperer, Irina credits angels for helping her do her work. And there is no doubt, she is incredibly gifted. The dogs mirror her and follow her every move, alert for a cue to the next pose.

Watching the interactions of her canine crew and hearing her describe the feelings she has for them and for her work, indeed, the element of a higher source is present.

Animal Communicators are challenged to find words for the deeds they do. It may well be that there simply are no words. The explanation is in the result. Irina speaks the language of the heart. Sincere, authentic, genuine, humble and very much worth knowing.
