Up to speed – recap

In a previous post, I mentioned that some of my early instructions included studying philosophers whose views on reality resonated with an eventual, real-time experience. I was being guided and coached to maintain awareness and overcome fear, even when immersed in an alternate timeline. These thinkers challenge our conventional perceptions of the world, consciousness, and existence. They reject a static, deterministic view in favor of a dynamic process: Hegel’s dialectical development, Sartre’s emphasis on subjective freedom, and Camus’ recognition of existential absurdity.

My guides seem to be pushing me toward this same reality-expanding perspective—one that embraces fluidity and understands time and existence as far more dynamic than we’ve been conditioned to believe. Their lessons encourage us to view reality as an evolving tapestry, where the boundaries of time and self are permeable, inviting continual growth and transformation.

I want to make this perfectly clear: No matter how much they pushed, guided, or hinted, I could never have imagined the full scope of the real-time experiences that ultimately unfolded.

"Every exit is an entry somewhere else." - Tom Stoppard

Ties into my recent dream. I entered an empty room on my way to find a dressing room. It was completely white - walls were illuminated - soft white glow, but there were no light fixtures, furniture or visible man made construction. It looked like the inside of a marshmallow. I went into another room identical to the first and then another and I wondered how many of those rooms I would have to go through to get to the dressing room. And then I found the hallway.

Apparently, I still have room to add more creations ...

Edd's ability to generate and project his energy is outstanding. He says researchers have told him he uses 90 percent of his brain. Edd continues to participate in studies that include working with researchers at The Rhine Research Center, The Monroe Institute and UVA, Division of Perceptual Studies.

He is now joined by a partner who also has exceptional ability directing her energy. The two offer a brief demonstration during our interview. Having experienced sessions with Edd before, I can say it was amplified and a bit more fluid when the two combined their efforts. What a great surprise!

To get a better idea of how they work together, you can sign up for one of the sessions on Edds' website. I took the Monday night class - 10/28/19 and there was a great energy buzz with the group. When Edd says you will sleep good after a session, he's right. Totally relaxed after that workout.

So many great podcasts now I don't have time to listen to them all. Here are my latest finds for the UFO/Paranormal/Unexplained Podcast listening library.

1st Podcast. You can listen one at a time or (for a fee) binge listen to Odd Ball: story about a UFO investigation, a mansion in the woods and how one shiny object sent a Jacksonville, Florida family into hiding. Each week host Lindsey Kilbride dives deeper into the 1974 mystery of the "Betz sphere."

2nd Podcast. Also dives into the story of the "Betz Sphere." Astonishing Legends. Hosts Scott and Forrest have been called the 'Click and Clack of esoterica' by their listeners. Their mission is to take a look at legendary strange and unusual events from throughout history and interview people who've had close encounters with the unexplained. Start here: Part 1 "Betz Sphere" ... and you'll want more.

"You could start at a path leading nowhere more fantastic than from your own front steps to the sidewalk, and from there you could go, well... anywhere at all." - Stephen King

And so it is. One of the most memorable days for me was the time we stepped out and everything had shifted. I was given a telepathic prompt that this would be the case and not to telegraph that our experience was unusual. It was during that time I saw people with horns and tails. I later discovered and interviewed another person who experienced something similar: Jonas Elrod. HuffPo

From that time forward, I opted to steer clear of those people. It isn't a thing one can easily forget. - The explanation given was they were focused on material things and that colored their view and influenced their appearance on the spirit plane. It was highly disconcerting.

In the Wendy's Coffeehouse archives, Jeffrey Mishlove talks about the enigma that was Ted Owens. He demonstrated extraordinary PK abilities and attributed some of that to his UFO/space brothers.

Recapping the 4/16/17 show with Nick Redfern -

Nick covers a lot of ground in his recent book, 365 Days of UFOs, A Year of Alien Encounters. Stories include ETs, Contactees, Men and Women in Black, Orbs and Bigfoot (at least 3 Bigfoot encounters that include UFOs sightings) and stuff that doesn't fit into a category.

We talk about several fascinating accounts. Here's an example - and one we didn't get to during the show: Paraphrasing from the book entry for September 28, 1984 in Adelaide, Australia. [Too Amazed to be Scared. Woman walking home from the late shift nearly bumps into a small man about two feet tall, dressed in a one-piece silver suit with a large helmet. He ran across the road and disappeared.]

So many stories; so many unanswered questions. Anyone who has ever had a run in with something too wild for words will appreciate the variety and the possibility there are others who know that same mind boggling feeling when "reality" is eclipsed by the unfathomable. No putting the Genie back in the bottle after that.

Asked who or what, if he had to narrow the focus to one topic of interest, Mothman is the winner. Nick wrote about a recent road trip in search of Mothman.

Coincidentally, this item surfaced about a recent sighting: Chicago Mothman sighting/Source. Lots of mysteries to inspire more wandering and wondering. 7 Feet tall, half man, half bird. Also posted on Mysterious Universe

Inspired and prolific, Nick has written at least 40 books on Fortean topics and keeps a running tally on his blog. I've interviewed him on at least 3 of his books and I hope to continue following up when he is ready to share the next installments.

Coffee Break - a pinch of Rube Goldberg with a dash of Carl Sagan

"Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known." - *attributed to Carl Sagan

Years ago, I interviewed Carl Sagan about his book Pale Blue Dot. That interview, as it turns out, was shortly before he died. I was nervous about my ability to effectively present the subject matter and intimidated because of my enormous respect for the guest. He was gracious and articulate. I have no idea what I asked but I remember I was very curious to know his thoughts on his book: Contact

Another quote from Sagan, one that inspires continued exploration of space wonders beyond knowing and (for me) the extraordinary PSI stuff begging further investigation:

"At the heart of science is an essential balance between two seemingly contradictory attitudes—an openness to new ideas, no matter how bizarre or counterintuitive they may be, and the most ruthless skeptical scrutiny of all ideas, old and new. This is how deep truths are winnowed from deep nonsense." - The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark

Time out for Coffee.

A nod to marketing novelty. The only Rube Goldberg Machine in the world was installed in NESCAFÉ Harajuku in Tokyo.

This fantastic machine debuted in December 2016, serving coffee and playing Christmas tunes. The beauty of this creation makes it a wonder to behold regardless of the season.

"In true Rube Goldbergian spirit, the machine took five months to build, according to Nestlé."
Source: Daily Coffee News  Event Press Release: Business Wire

“Dr. S didn’t notice. “Do you remember the cartoons of Rube Goldberg? An inventor of the most ludicrous contraptions. You know: a lever is pulled, causing a boot to kick a dog, whose bark motivates a hamster to run on a wheel which winds a pulley that raises a gate that releases a bowling ball and so on? Until, at the end, finally, the machine does something incredibly mundane, like making a piece of toast. Yes? Well, as it turns out, that’s the world. All these incredibly complex, inscrutably intertwined Rube Goldberg machines that can only be seen in retrospect when something happens.” - Adam Felber, Schrödinger's Ball

Might be just me but I do suspect some sources are meant to remain hidden - even in retrospect. Call it a divine carrot - designed to seed and instill Faith and higher learning.

Ascend beyond the need of knowing and you'll know.

My favorite Sagan quote is on the home page of the Carl Sagan Portal:

"We are a way for the Cosmos to know itself." - Carl Sagan Space

Given evolution is part of the process, we are a work in progress.

My upcoming interview about Third Eye Spies is slated for Conscious Living 3/1 and will be followed by an interview on KCMO when a date can be announced for release of the film.

There are several links I can provide prior to that, for background on Ingo Swann and his incredible insight into RV and PSI. He viewed Humans as so much more than a bag of bones.

Given I have met a few people who are also gifted in PSI and other extra sensory awareness, I suspect there remains a hesitation to divulge that aspect given the tendency of mainstream to ridicule or discount that element of human nature. Fortunately, the CIA material adds credence to Ingo's abilities and various others working within the secret PSI programs now available for access in public domain: CIA.gov

Classic Art Bell - Interview with Ingo Swann. He says he has never liked the term Psychic and considered himself a perception researcher. Very insightful and thought-provoking. He mentions the plant researcher Cleve Backster. Background on Cleve here: NYTimes

On the possibility of remote influencing, Art asks Ingo if it were possible, for example: Saddam Hussain – "that we could burst a blood vessel in his head."

Response, Ingo: “Well, I suspect if, the proper people knew how to do it, it would already have been done. And the fact it hasn’t been done, means they don’t know how to do it. Something like that. But the evidence in laboratory work that people can influence plants and mechanisms, is uh, at a small level, nothing really big, but at a small level is incontrovertible that kind of evidence. So potentially it’s possible to be developed.”

Aetherforce files on Ingo Swann include notes on his focus. Ex: "Since faculties for expanded awareness and perception exist as a full part of the human biomind at the species level, he has always considered it necessary to research, discover, and remedy social and cultural factors that prevent their nurturing and development."

Ingo Swann's music is still available, a project he co-created with Steven Halpern: Star Children

Be it RV, PK, ET, human consciousness and the biomind potential, there is a take away from Ingo's work. From the CIA reports, one of the most telling results noted during the time they were conducting CRV training was the impact of belief.

"I believe we establish our own realities of what will and won't work. We once had a viewer who believed he could view but he couldn't view different time zones, consequently he succeeded as a viewer, but failed as a "time traveler". His reality would not allow him to accomplish the same tasks as his peers, simply because he didn't believe." - Ingo Swann, Conclusions, Chapter 11
