No, he doesn't actually see dead people. His first book is Expect the Unexpected.  He shares a lot of his story in that book and on this post at New World Library.

While Bill's backstory is covered in the first book, he includes the overview for anyone just now finding his information. Signs from the Other Side includes personal accounts from those who believe their loved one connected through various means. Examples include songs, animals, license plates, rainbows and electrical anomalies (stereos changing volume and turning off and on.

There is no limit to the manner that spirit can choose to connect if one is open to the idea and alert to synchronicity. (And that story about the haunted Jukebox is a great example of a spirit attachment.)

Does it work? It didn't (for me) when I tried it on long term repetitive motion issue. However, it worked incredibly well when I used it for muscle strain/pain. And when I later discovered Laura Freeman talking about using it to help recover from extensive riding injuries, I started researching more about CBD.

I remember debating Legalization of Marijuana and Comprehensive Penal Reform in 1977. Incredible how long it took for the politics to shift. The boom is coming.

I've had my own dream communications on healing. One helped me recover from a Brown recluse spider bite. Another dream provided a visual of - what looked like several purple grapes - growing over my heart - in my chest. The message was that I had not stopped my behavior and that was too bad. My spirit guide companions looked at me with very sad faces.

SOS! Danger Will Robinson! I knew it was a serious warning and took immediate action to release the toxic anger overload that dream implied. Congrats to Leslie Kean: 10/11/2017 HuffPo who, in her story on the launching of the Tom DeLonge project, To the Stars Academy, suggested a potential for increased public awareness: "This could represent the beginning of a trend towards a new openness on the part of the U.S. government. On CBS’s “60 Minutes” in May 2017, Robert Bigelow said he was “absolutely convinced” that aliens exist and that U.F.O.s have visited Earth. Excerpted from that interview:

Odd (and not) coincidence and way off topic. Out of the blue during the Wendy's Coffeehouse interview 12/17/2017, KCMO Talk Radio, with Lynn Andrews and Robert Taylor: Cattle Mutilations in Hawaii. We don't go there. US Airman John Burroughs knows what he saw and has the physical results to back it up. Video I used to reference his comments is unavailable. Of the content that had been available this statement sums it up best: It's time to address the core issue. There is a phenomenon that no one officially wants to talk about. Side note: The information cited in the Condign paper also gives credence to the Delphos, KS encounter, and my own sighting, 2013, where the craft shifted, in an instant, from being inside the house to outside the house where I could still see the lights through the mini-blinds. Instantaneous.

Not only is the truth out there, it's all around. Hidden in plain view - because that's the easiest place to discount/deny.
