Paranormal encounters and Time Shifts – are they increasing?

I woke up to the sound of my alarm – it was muffled and sounded far away. Confused, I heard the noise stop as I reached for my phone. It wasn’t actually the phone. The alarm had not been activated. The time was 12 am. Birthday wake up call.

Recent quirk – my phone alarm shifted from swipe to button function. Somehow, I managed to plug in the right words to locate info on an android alarm update – the quirk: on my phone, the function keeps switching without me doing anything. Some days are button mode. Other days the swipe is back. I am guessing, with my non-selection, it will eventually settle on the button update.

Pantheism synchronicity

Recently, my channeling sources have asked to be categorized or labeled as elementals. The selection of that word is said to indicate a focus on topics which require more immediate attention and a need for collaborative focus on nature and the environment. (Animals, Plants, Ecosystem, Cosmology)

When I have asked why there is so little pre-cog information that might preempt large populations from having to endure extreme hardships of war, famine, poverty, eco-tragedy, and inhumane treatment on a grand scale, the response has been that we are entirely too literal in our language and communication methods and the lessons are necessary.

Information is given when there is no chance of altering the larger outcome in such a way that prevents us from doing our own homework and learning from the event. Change is required. Failure to adapt and redirect perpetuates stagnation and eventual decay. To change is to evolve.

Whatever challenge we manage to dodge instead of facing, confronting, and/or addressing will present itself in another form. Negative circumstances and bloody confrontations are part of this phase – the ‘hope’ from higher sources is that we will learn to value what has been referred to as ‘harmony in a world of difference’ … DIVERSITY.

11:30 pm. I woke up. At the same time Jack started barking. As he barks, I am looking at a transparent figure standing alongside the bed. Jack keeps barking. I understand he is trying to alert me to the presence and tell him, thank you. I see what he is barking at and it is okay.

He backs down and settles on his pillow. How fleeting that moment, because the very minute I realized I was looking at a transparent human figure, I lost the context. No features. No clothing to identify. I remember movement. It appeared to be moving – turning away. It was the size of an adult. And it was gone.

Asleep again, I dream a wave comes up behind me and I lift myself up above the water. I am now levitating and looking down at the waves, a few feet below. I just hold myself above and wonder at the beauty of it all. Now I see people in the water. They are about chest deep and not stressed. I lower myself in the water beside them and wonder what they are waiting for.

Biography – Picnic at Hanging Rock – Joan’s Time Shift

Several times, the mention of someone referring to Joan as a mystic, had me curious. I needed to read the biography to see if there was anything more to offer about her metaphysical experiences and her abilities. Acquaintances said “she could see things that others couldn’t and knew things without being told.”

Much of what I read has been offered in some form through various interviews and articles but the book offers a timeline of her life experiences and her writing progress. And I did learn about a very important event in the book that underscored Joan’s unique relationship with time.

Joan hinted about a few things but kept a lot to herself regarding her abilities. She did divulge one fantastic event that defies explanation – and/or linear definition of time – plus, it substantiates her own belief that time does not run on a clock.

The book is full of pictures – including one at the close that speaks to the limited influence time has on our existence beyond physical form. There is a figure, believed to be Joan, standing at the window, looking out of her house at Mulberry Hill.

Moody Blues – UFO Encounter – Missing Time

You have to dig to find this. Worth it because the full story is impressive. John Lodge posted a photo on his facebook page: “UFO’s escorting Moody Blues on their USA tour…” followed above as they were out and about.

From what Graeme Edge told his friends, it felt like they were “mesmerized as if in a dream.” The object looked like “a fat cigar with a low protrusion on top, with seven dull red lights on it.” He told Peter Willsher, who relayed the story to the British Flying Saucer Review, that “The upper half of the object appeared metallic, whereas the lower half was red and pulsed from left to right.” – Source. MUFONOHIO

NDE – Timeline of ‘future’ events revealed

I listened to an NDE story as I was working on this post. Again, the time element is addressed. Bill Tortorella had a near death experience in 1994. Video.

Spirit guardians, telepathic communication, life review and future events referred to as the “Hall of Events”. Future, Past, and Present. Angels and 9 principles of Enlightenment. including Choice, Intuition, Service, Warning, Numbers. Numbers were important and an indication to pay attention. His special numbers are 66.

The 911 tragedy was foreshadowed. The information he was given about a daughter who didn’t exist at that time includes a detail he shares in a revelation at the end of the video.

Interesting that he witnessed the ‘future’ as events that were happening in front of him and happening so fast he saw the future….future….and future… indicating it had already happened as part of his experience. Fascinating and not linear.

No Time like the present

“Albert Einstein once wrote: People like us who believe in physics know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion. Time, in other words, he said, is an illusion. Many physicists since have shared this view, that true reality is timeless.”- NPR.

In the NPR conversation between Ira Flatow and theoretical physicist Lee Smolin – Smolin suggests a different understanding of time might help us to better understand the universe. His book is Time Reborn: From the crisis in physics to the future of the universe.

As I understand Smolin’s theory, it seems he is suggesting that time does exist – and it is relative, an independent state, necessary to connect our material dots – but it also changes to fit the dimension, universe, space, the being, the presence. At least that is how I interpret it.

All of these experiences of normal and paranormal events emphasize the one thing that continued to play out in Joan Lindsay’s life, a knowing she tried to convey in her writing as it manifested in her private and public life. “Time is not on a clock.”

Rather than an external state, time exists in a state of flow. Coming at it from a different angle might help determine a different awareness and understanding. How does a butterfly experience time?

I set my clocks ahead … because they tend to lose time… Curious.

Series of extracts (source) from one of Philip Dick's essays written in 1977 entitled "If You Find This World Bad, You Should See Some of the Others":

Philip K. Dick. "...I submit to you that such alterations, the creation or selection of such so-called 'alternate presents' is continually taking place. The very fact that we can conceptually deal with this notion - that is, entertain it as an idea - is a first step in discerning such processes themselves. But I doubt if we will ever be able in any real fashion to demonstrate, to scientifically prove, that such lateral change processes do occur. Probably all we would have to go on would be vestiges of memory, fleeting impressions, dreams, nebulous intuitions that somehow things had been different in some way - and not long ago, but NOW. We might reflexively reach for a light switch in the bathroom only to discover that it was - always had been - in another place entirely."

Mr. Dick speaks of a period in his own life where he "remembered" another reality in which he had just existed - a reality of a "prison." He was unaware of the fact that this was what he was writing about in Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said.

Dick says: "The world of Flow My Tears is an actual (or rather once actual) alternate world, and I remember it in detail. I do not know who else does. Maybe no one else does. perhaps all of you were always - have always been - here. But I was not. In novel after novel, story after story, over a twenty-five year period, I wrote repeatedly about a particular other landscape, a dreadful one. 

In March 1974, I understood why. 

... I had good reason to. My novels and stories were, without my realizing it consciously, autobiographical. It was - this return of memory - the most extraordinary experience of my life.

...You are free to believe me or disbelieve me, but please take my word on it that I am not joking; this is very serious; a matter of importance. I am sure that at the very least you will agree that for me even to claim this is in itself amazing. Often people claim to remember past lives; I claim to remember a different, very different, present life. .

2019 YouGov poll numbers show 45% of Americans believe in ghosts. Adding the political element. Republicans are more likely than Democrats to believe in Demons and Vampires. More than one-third of Americans (36%) say that they have personally felt the presence of a spirit or ghost. Just over one in ten (13%) Americans say that they have communicated directly with a ghost or spirit of someone who has died. Source.

'Wright' - is the name claimed by the enigma who could
manifest actual letters and words on polaroids.
At one point the question was asked - where is Wright
when he is not appearing as a 'ghost'? The answer was 'flux'.

That leaves a lot to the imagination. And it does not provide
an answer to the real question. What is 'Wright' ...

The type of polaroid camera and the film used to capture
the messages from 'Wright' have been discontinued -
shutting down that method of interaction. But further communication may simply require another novel method
yet to be introduced. Is digital film a possibility or
has 'Wright' retired?

There have been multiple attempts to explain, define, debunk 

and refute the case. None successful.

Several thousand polaroids exist to stir the pot. Writing on the polaroids happened in the presence of witnesses on multiple occasions over a period of years. Author Joe Augustyn researched the case on site and was present to corroborate many events. He says most of the pictures in this book are being shared for the first time.

John Huckert lives in the "Wright" house and says paranormal activity is a constant presence. Our interview is posted in Wendy's Coffeehouse. He talks about several different types of supernatural encounters. However, the ghost writing experience is outstanding by far - in the fact that it delivered physical evidence of contact from another realm.

Ghostwriter is a fantastic example of what is possible when a door opens to the infinite and fear stands aside. 

According to The Daily Star, there are some 12 thousand photos with messages from the ghost. The book features several photos and provides translations of the messages. A novel feature: the ghost is multi-lingual.

One exchange resonates for me. Again, these answers are written on the polaroid images.

Question for Wright: “When might you show yourself to us?” 

Response: “When you are ready.”

Questions continue: “When will we be ready?” “What is stopping us?” 

Response: “Your fear.”

There is a wonderful example of that fear issue in the book. One guest decided to show up at their Halloween party dressed as the Grim Reaper. Page 173. The ghost had extra fun with him.

Synchronicity - Paranormal Encounter on the home front

Personal side note. We had an unexplained early am house call on the day the Ghostwriter book arrived, 9.8.21.

Jack (dog) wanted out. 2:30 A.M. He headed for the door – then went on full-attack-mode-barking-frenzy. Andy rounded the corner in time to see Jack chasing a shadow figure. He said it looked more like a dark cloud blob thing than a human figure. It was about the same height as he was but there was no form to it. It glided through the room and seemed to exit through the front door but he lost track in the dark room.

Imagine my surprise a short while later - when talking to John Huckert - he mentioned frequent sightings of shadow people in the 'Wright' house. I regard the experience in our house as an affirmation - like a handshake - the enigma is checking in. This extra segment includes that conversation: Link.

Doesn't mean it will stay or that further contact in that manner is implied. It is simply the process of dots connecting. Reality check. We exist in the superficial layer. Realty operates at a deeper level. Shadows manifest for us to acknowledge the presence and wonder about all that and more and to imagine what else might exist in this reality - flying under our radar - encouraging us to question, evolve, grow and know more.

A ghost is a ghost - except when it is isn't. It might something we have yet imagine.

Variations in Flux

 

Very difficult to identify the Matrix and to notice each and every foreign element from within. The guides gave me a dream scene to ponder years ago. It compares to the blind men and the elephant parable. Wiki. 

They showed me a section of huge metal sheet with holes in it. The sheet curved but it was so large I only saw the portion directly in front of me. I 'knew' (assumed) it was a colander. But it was impossible for me to find a way to view the entire structure to confirm that assessment/assumption.

I thought one possibility was if there were a way to create a mirror and see the object in the reflection. I didn't have a mirror. 

The guides responded. One who is unable to see the entire scene is forced to work with that disadvantage - to address the issue from one point of view. All else is conjecture.

It took me years to get the joke. At this level - on the manifest plane of reality - we are dealing with a sheet full of holes.

That which is seen in our limited view ... is a ghost of the real thing. 

They have a wicked sense of humor. To give them credit - they have also saved my life. I listen. I question and I learn.

The watcher.

This image was found on my camera.
I did not take it.

It appeared after a break-in at my

home several years ago. I view it as a

simple notification - that the uninvited guest had been tagged from that unseen realm for observation in regard to certain objects that had been removed. 

Having experienced encounters with attachments, entities and thought forms who are quite in tune with our thoughts, I have no desire to know that outcome.

Similar to the haunted Marilyn Monroe doll I sold at an antique mall. The price had been switched - I can't say it was switched by the buyer. That would be an assumption. Ghosts and others of that sort have their own devices for acquiring a host. As I wanted to send the doll on its way, it might even be that the doll chose to suggest that action - to attract a complimentary personality and more compliant host.

Nothing here is what it seems.

Consciousness is the common denominator for any and all of our experiences. So many questions to explore. Rather than why (does this happen?), a more efficient use of energy and focus is to ask how (is this possible?).

If we are working a problem and seeking answers or clues (insight in some form), the most efficient use of energy is to go with the flow. No presupposing. Unknowns require a blank slate and an intuitive allowing. Opening to creative imagery and imagination yields to the unexpected and novelty. There is the possibility to receive information/answers we could not anticipate.

How do we know what is real here? My reality has paranormal quirks and interactive nightlights each and every day. So - it might be that "reality" is different for each of us and we don't know that without asking questions. Lots of questions.

Wendy's Coffeehouse interview with Prof. Sean Daley - Paranormal Anthropology. One of several classes offered at Johnson County Community College where students can earn credit for learning about Ghosts and their haunts. Perks include optional investigations and tours of haunted locations.

Concluding from results by Daley and his investigation teams, one of the most consistent paranormal performers - in terms of encounters with the unknown and unexplained - is the Sallie House in nearby Atchison, Kansas. This is the video (Link) I mentioned during our interview - the one with the self-activated mini-blinds.

What began with one class has expanded to several. Day classes are in the Spring. Evening classes are scheduled in the Fall (enrollment underway) and the reviews suggest Professor Daley's classes are popular.

Bio: Sean M. Daley, Ph.D., M.A. Professor, Anthropology Director, Center for American Indian Studies Associate Director, American Indian Health Research and Education Alliance Johnson County Community College.

Sean currently teaches "Anthropology of the Paranormal and Supernatural,” “Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Ghosts and Hauntings,” “Demons and Demonology in the Roman Catholic Tradition,” and “The Anthropology of Religion.”

Continuing and forwarding to Episode 126. Professor Daley talks about investigation results at the house and provides evidence his teams have gathered. In this example, captured on video, students are seated in a circle around several objects when two of the objects move.



Living in a haunted house can be exhausting. Clearing the space helps quiet it down but there can be peaks and valleys in the activity. My current house is not haunted but - I do have occasional visitors who might be lost, have opted to take a detour or need assistance. Each encounter is unique.

Example: Image included here. I thought the roll of film had been used up. After the images were developed, there was one I couldn't explain. It correlated with paranormal events happening at that time.

Confession - I got chills when I first discovered it. 

No class course? Ghost touring on your own? Weston, Missouri - just across the river from Atchison, has an abundance of accessible haunted retail sites. That's one of the reasons I participate in the annual Dining with Ghosts Tour. Info.

A recent group of tourists ventured over after a trip to Atchison, disappointed, no ghosts. They entered the store joking and making light of the fact any place could be  haunted.

Ghosts at Main Street Galleria obliged with a twofer: an appearance, rushing past a woman in the hallway and then tugging at the hair of that same woman after she went downstairs.

She ran out of the store, refused to come back in, and stood outside to wait for her friends. - As per Verna Kowertz. Owner of Main Street Galleria 

If a Weston overnight is on the agenda, try the Hatchery B&B or the Benner House (now operated as part of the Saint George). Each has documented ghost sightings and encounters. Day trips should include the Weston Café, Weston Bend Candle Company and Main Street Galleria. With prior arrangement, there might also be an opportunity for an on site investigation.

You don't have to believe in Ghosts to experience one. They exist. Whether you believe after an experience? That is entirely up to you.

KC Haunts -
As part of a paranormal group, I visited one business in Lenexa a few years ago that sold and has since remained vacant. Actively haunted. The owner decided to sell after multiple attempts by various groups failed to calm the place. Concerned about the chaos and for her [at the time] teenage daughter working alone in the building.

Noted: ongoing encounters with ghosts. Visitors, including children, reported sightings of  a young child standing near the checkout counter. Some reported being touched.

Ghost Tales of Weston had an unexpected highlight this year.

Two visitors came up for the day and happened to capture a very unique photo of something standing near a window of a vacant room in the Saint George Hotel. The photo soon went viral and was reported on a local TV station.

Only after the two stopped in for lunch across the street at Main Street Galleria did they discover the haunted history of the hotel.

A staple on the annual ghost tour, stories about the hotel include the past history and current ghost encounters.

Curious? Book room 308, 306 or 302 

and then consider the ghosts inhabit the entire building.

One of the most chilling present day encounters involved a local high school student who had just started working at the hotel when she tried to change a burned out light bulb.

Standing on a ladder, she witnessed the bulb turn - by itself - in the socket. And then it shattered.

She immediately resigned and wanted nothing else to do with the building. I know the long-time news reporter who relayed that story. The girl was a friend of his daughter.

I sat across from Chris Williams at the Ghost Tales event last year and heard him talk about his experience in a Saint George hotel bathroom. He posted part of that story on this site.

The last few sentences sum it up. "My heart was racing, and my BP was elevated. The whispers subsided the minute she (his wife) came for me, and as soon as I was calmed down enough, I exited through the back door. I didn’t want to be alone, for fear that I drop dead. There is a lot more to the story, but it’s a lot to type right now. This made me a true believer, and it truly scared me, almost to death."

Weston visitors have the luxury of opting whether to believe.

Residents and those who work in local businesses are confronted with a different reality when they discover that the encounters have nothing to do with belief.

Denial won't make a ghost go away.

Weston is a hot spot for paranormal activity. Fair warning - much of the town is haunted.

One very active location at this time is the Weston Bend Candle Company. Results are expected in the next week or two from the recent investigation by a paranormal group. Looking forward to sharing the details. They did offer a hint as they left the building. Something to the effect that it was, "...a very active night".
