"I’ve spent a lot of time in the last few years lecturing to college campuses around the country and I find students are open-minded toward the existence of things like this. I hope others will listen in the future as I’m convinced UFOs are of tremendous importance to the whole world.” - Experiencer - Muhammad Ali, Aliens "Watched Me" Express.
"Because most people, especially in the United States, have been conditioned to accept a limited paradigm of reality that is primarily based on our discoveries in the physical sciences, we tend to ignore anything outside this box of reality." - Experiencer - John Foster, Eminent Discovery, Volume 2: UFOs - Living within and beyond the five senses.

Review. MJ Banias: Vice.
Greg Taylor: Daily Grail.
If you have had an anomalous experience and had no one to confide in or nowhere to go for support - you will appreciate the way in which this film is presented. With tremendous anticipation I had been waiting. I liked the premise and the inclusion of Jacques Vallee.
I am so glad to see the final result. PTSD is front and center. Finally, a film that highlights the stigma, as reported by Experiencers who confess tremendous relief when their sightings are validated after enduring decades of doubt, denial, ridicule and shame.
‘After being told all these years that it was my imagination or that I was hallucinating, for this man to come forward[2007] was a very emotional thing for me,’ says Uri. ‘The way he described me as a little boy, with the white shirt and black trousers, which is how my mother always dressed me — that convinced me he was not lying.’ Uri Geller. Source.
Uri said he had a UFO sighting while riding in a car with others. Excited, he asked what they thought about it. No one else could see it. The Secret Life Of Uri Geller by Jonathan Margolis
Without a corroborating witness or the ability to replicate the event, Experiencers first-hand accounts are dismissed as subjective, un-scientific and non-essential. They are left to their own devices to integrate and/or reconcile the resulting paradigm realignment.
When after effects include enhanced psychic abilities and extra sensory awareness, there can be another layer of trauma to address. Along with the trailer for the film, I am adding this excellent Radio Misterioso audio interview link with Director Alan Stivelman. (Open Minds interview.)
Full of details about paranormal elements that were omitted and the introduction of a family tie. Juan's Mother also had UFO experiences as a child and her intuitive abilities are so strong she avoids being touched - because - in that touch - she gets the history of the individual.
Example: Paranormal effects during Juan's hypnosis session. The crew - in both rooms where they were set up to film - fell asleep. The interview is 2 hours but gets into the material within the first 15 minutes.
The upshot of the film experience is a reuniting of a community and healing for the individuals involved that would not have happened if Alan Stivelman had not been curious enough to reach out in an effort to better understand this event.
Beyond that, he dedicated himself to finding a way to help Juan reconcile the 30 years of soul splitting trauma resulting from that childhood UFO encounter. PTSD started after the event. He was 12 years old.
Best UFO film to address the human factor, underscoring the need for stronger psychological support systems and greater social awareness of the very real trauma inflicted upon one who is ostracized as a result of trying to speak a truth - no one is ready to hear.
