Artist, author, illustrator, former teacher, Reiki Master and intuitive reader. I liked her book the minute it opened to page 105, a UFOMaking Marks

You don't have to be an artist to connect with Elaine Clayton's work. The beauty of this process is that it marries the abstract to link insight and image.

Elaine uses her original method of stream drawing to help clients discover their own inner knowing and then to encourage each to explore his or her own creative, intuitive vibe using the process.

I love her work. This is the first time I have seen anything like it and it validated my passion for what I have always called doodles. I use them to explore, to express, to play and escape. Doodles help me focus and at the same time relax. I consider them as art, but they are not art by anyone else's definition. As such, they have remained a covert pleasure.

So, here is a process that celebrates lines, squiggles, circles, dots, quirky and sometimes meandering designs. Maybe I am not alone.

Wendy's Stream Drawing Sample, 2/24
Try your own stream drawing with 8x10 scrap paper or something like that. Relax, loosen up.

Don't worry about making it look like anything specific. Pick an emotion, a memory or a wish. Put the pencil, crayon, writing utensil to the paper and flow....

Check in with Elaine for inspiration. What is Stream Drawing?

That's my demo. She interprets or comments only if invited. I invited. And she explained more about how she uses the technique and how to read the image or interpret what might be suggested in the design.

Fascinating and an excellent tool for accessing awareness into the inner narrative and core issues and how that might  (to the artist - not the interpreter) be observable when delivered within the energy flow of the lines/designs in a creative work!

She suggests using the non-dominant hand. I think I goofed on that. I can't remember. Basically, the goal is to just draw and see what happens. Every time I look at the image, I notice something different. That's why I like it. But that's what I was so unsure about. My doodles don't have a specific form. They are me playing in non-form. The message is between the lines.

Elaine's method of stream drawing as a divination tool is inspired and impressive. She shares several examples in the book. Making Marks provides an excellent starting point for anyone who is curious and would like to enhance their own intuitive abilities through creative play that is the process of stream drawing. Thank you, Elaine!

X3: The Shape of Water, The Space Between Us ... and Synchronicity

“Life is a field of cosmic consciousness, expressing itself in a million ways in space-time through quantum entanglement” ― Amit Ray, Beautify your Breath - Beautify your Life

I posted in December (fantastic short film) about the striking similarity between The Space Between Us and the Guillermo del Toro film, The Shape of Water. Apparently, others noticed too. Some cried foul. Follow-up and update from IndieWire says, no foul.

After connecting to discuss the matter the result is that each project is unique and the timelines indicate there is no conflict. The Netherlands Film Academy has released a statement saying that the two films “have their own very different identities” and “are not in any conceivable way interlinked or related.” - Main site - The Space Between Us

And it is a gorgeous film - worth reposting the Link

Plot twist.

As reported by The Guardian, there is now a lawsuit by a third party. Also reported in Variety, this suit suggests the movie resembles the play, Let Me Hear You Whisper, by Paul Zindel.

On YouTube (might be a copyright issue), featured in *4 segments. Movie Link: IMDB
Or read the play. *Or Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4, if available.

Similar message, different presentation. Lawsuit TBD.

Drama aside. Apparently, the three peat message from the Universe, cropping up from three unique sources at this time, represents a theme coming to the surface for conscious awareness and acknowledgement.

When ETs, Trans-Dimensionals and Undetermined Others monitor Humans to sleuth the character of our species our treatment of animals and other (fellow) beings deemed inferior has room for improvement. The upside is that we too are evolving. Wildcard challenge: The unseen influence we have yet to factor into the equation.

Looks can be deceiving. Nefarious vs. Complicated. Consciousness connects and those who are receptive (ethical and not), sometimes tap into the same chord, revealing in subsequent manifestation the underlying quantum disposition in the results.

Extraordinary Human beings, one and all - who, by design, know more than we can think but what we do with that knowing can sometimes devolve to a soap opera on the manifest plane. Fabulously curious.

The Shape of Water is resonating with audiences. Nominated for 13 Academy Awards. LATimes

“People say, 'I'm going to sleep now,' as if it were nothing. But it's really a bizarre activity."

'For the next several hours, while the sun is gone, I'm going to become unconscious, temporarily losing command over everything I know and understand. When the sun returns, I will resume my life.'

If you didn't know what sleep was, and you had only seen it in a science fiction movie, you would think it was weird and tell all your friends about the movie you'd seen.

'They had these people, you know? And they would walk around all day and be OK? And then, once a day, usually after dark, they would lie down on these special platforms and become unconscious. They would stop functioning almost completely, except deep in their minds they would have adventures and experiences that were completely impossible in real life.

As they lay there, completely vulnerable to their enemies, their only movements were to occasionally shift from one position to another; or, if one of the 'mind adventures' got too real, they would sit up and scream and be glad they weren't unconscious anymore. Then they would drink a lot of coffee.'

"So, next time you see someone sleeping, make believe you're in a science fiction movie. And whisper, 'The creature is regenerating itself.” - George Carlin, Brain Droppings

New Sci-Fi Thriller getting good buzz from multiple sources: The Guardian and The Atlantic note the movie is slated for Netflix within weeks of the big screen debut. Not about the quality of the film, rather the belief, after trial screenings, that the material might be "too intellectual for general audiences". Special effects reportedly designed for the big screen combined with an intelligent plot. Sounds like decent Sci-Fi audience bait. Trailer

The future is arriving on schedule. No matter how many people there are on the planet for the meet and greet, each is fully in charge of his own attitude. Fuel for the adventure (Humor):

“I often warn people: "Somewhere along the way, someone is going to tell you, 'There is no "I" in team.' What you should tell them is, 'Maybe not. But there is an "I" in independence, individuality and integrity.” - George Carlin (intelligence and irreverence)

Respectfully submitting, on behalf of Humanity, the "I" in potential.

  • Lots of head scratching. FOIA scores UFO gold nugget. Anomalist credits Billy Cox/De Void on flagging a report by The War Zone in November 2017 (audio links deactivated) on a curious Oregon/California UFO. Another video. Bill McDonald was in India when he had an encounter with a disappearing Yogi. Some might call a miracle.

Reverend Bill McDonald on Facebook

My mom experienced a similar unexplainable time-slip when she inexplicably avoided a head-on collision (November, 2017). Dead center one moment and beyond in the next. (Kind of like the UFO story above, seen headed South in one moment and going North in the next.)

I asked her to draw a diagram to help describe just how impossible that scenario was. She did and was even more awestruck. A puzzler. The interesting side note, it happened during the week I interviewed Dr. Scott Kolbaba about Doctors who've witnessed miracles. Physician's Untold Stories
