Wendy's Coffeehouse Interview with Dowser Tick Gaudreau
I knew I wanted to talk about Dowsing when I discovered the excellent books by Tick Gaudreau. A member of Mohawk-Hudson Dowsers, he includes stories from fellow Dowser, David Darrow, that provide a variety of situations and examples of cases that were investigated and resolved through dowsing.
Bio: "Tick clears entities from haunted locations and performs spirit rescues. He is author of the book, "Spirit Rescue, A Dowser's Ghostly Encounters". A dowser for 35 years, he also dowses for water, lost objects, works with earth energies, and is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master."
I highly recommend this book as a resource for tremendous insight into the wide variety of uses for dowsing.
Example: A residence that had been a funeral home offered a twist. (Of course.) It had extra inhabitants and the resident wanted them cleared. When Tick arrived, the house had already been cleared, or so it would seem. He tells that story in our interview. A more detailed account is in the book.
Years ago, I read Extraordinary Knowing and Elizabeth Mayer's account of how a Dowser found her daughter's very expensive, stolen harp. Paradigm shifting for her because she didn't believe in dowsing. The call was a last resort, out of sheer desperation. Fascinating case. The Dowser was Harold McCoy.
Tick Gaudreau also shares how he works with energy. Details are in his second book, The Care and Treatment of Wild Energies. In our interview, I mentioned my recent UFO sighting - a 'star' that flashed multiple colors and then shot out red bursts at me as I tried to get a better view. The camera would not usually work in those circumstances but the red burst from the 'star' triggered the response from the camera. Tick suggested dowsing for clues next time. Even now, I could ask the purpose and intent for that interaction.
We also talked about dowsing for information from trees and plants. Some of that conversation didn't make it to the broadcast. So much content to cover.
Dowsing is an extraordinary practice. (Disclosure. My mom and grandmother dowsed. They have not taken it to this advanced level of working with spirits. But they offered results that helped me, especially when I was trying to understand my interactions with the Nightlight Energy.)
Whether you are curious or already familiar with dowsing, Tick's information is helpful and he is a master teacher. Working with energy is fascinating. Learning never stops.
